  • EASY STANDARD INSTALLATION

The TSG-3937 Rising Stick Gauge mounts to an 8” 150LB Class Flange Spool piece, typically6” above deck. The spool piece location is best near the geometric center of each cargo compartment adjacent to HL/OF Alarm Sensors.

Spool piece welding to the deck should only be on the OD of the pipe and not on the inside of the spool piece to allow the SS float to pass without interference into the cargo tank.

SMALLER FLANGES OR THREADED COLLARS CAN BE PROVIDEDFOR RISING STICK GAUGE INSTALLATION ON TOWBOAT OR DECK MOUNTED FUEL TANKS

  • ALL STAINLESS CONSTRUCTION

All Wetted components are 300 series SS and fully pressure tested. Each 316SS float is laser etched with both S.G. and Pressure Ratings. Proven Magnetic Design, Buoyant American MFG Float Technology and Lightweight but Strong Tri-Colored Gauge Rod, insure extended life and reliability with the TSG-3937.

  • CUSTOM TO YOUR BARGE IS STANDARD

The reflective Tri-Colored Gauge Rod graphic by TIMCO is computer printed as one graphic prior to encapsulation. This process allows for the colored lengths, numbering scale as well as High Level or Overfill Markings to be customized and correct for your barge providing Tankering personnel tools that are meaningful and safer than standard off the shelf one-size fits all gauge rods.
