HL/OF-1 Portable
The HL/OF-1 Portable Alarm is a go-to solution for flexible, transportable overfill protection. Featuring both visual and audible alerts, this standalone unit runs on a rechargeable 24v battery system and is housed in a durable Pelican-style case. It's ideal for use across fleets or when moving from barge to barge, allowing quick setup and compliance during temporary loading operations.
The system includes a toggle switch to isolate HL and OF channels, heavy-duty waterproof connectors, and a weather-resistant strobe. Designed with input from field operators, our portable keeps things simple, rugged, and ready—even when your schedule isn’t.
HL/OF-1 Portable Mini
The HL/OF-1 Mini delivers the same compliant performance of the full-size portable unit in a smaller, more compact package. Designed for rapid deployment, it includes visual alarm indicators, a piezoelectric siren, and internal wiring designed for quick connect/disconnect to Timco sensors. It’s ideal for operations where space is limited but safety is non-negotiable.

LFA-S
Alarm Sensors
The LFA-S is Timco’s most trusted level sensor for high-level and overfill applications. Featuring an all-stainless steel body and “Lift-to-Test” functionality, this sensor allows operators to simulate float conditions without entering hazardous spaces. Its high-reliability reed switch design ensures long life in both clean and contaminated cargoes.
Compatible with all Timco HL/OF panels, the LFA-S mounts easily into existing manway flanges or gauge trees. It’s fully UL-listed, built for Class I Div 1 environments, and pressure tested for each install. Whether you're upgrading or speccing new builds, the LFA-S gives you confidence in your alarms when it matters most.
SG-612
Premium Rectangular Sight Glass
Timco’s SG-612 is the premium standard for retrofitting your sight glass systems. It features a robust flush-glass window, 12-bolt stainless-steel pattern, and double-seal Teflon bushings to reduce vapor emissions and resist thermal cycling. Glass changes take minutes—no tools or sealants required.
This model fits standard 8” manway bolt circles and has been pressure-tested to exceed industry requirements. The SG-612 offers safer, clearer viewing with longer service intervals—ideal for operators who want fewer maintenance headaches and better visual feedback from the deck.
TB-RSG-8
8" Round Sight Glass
Designed for maximum clarity and visibility, the TB-RSG-8 gives tankermen a clean 8” vapor-free view of cargo without removing covers. Its machined aluminum or stainless body and borosilicate glass lens are sealed with PTFE bushings, creating a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant design perfect for harsh marine environments.
Every TB-RSG-8 is serialized and pressure-tested at Timco before shipping. Easy to clean and easier to install, this round sight glass gives peace of mind and operational visibility you can count on—especially during critical transfer windows.
TB-GT
Radial Arm Gauge Tree
The TB-GT Gauge Tree is a highly visible, 316 stainless steel radial arm tree that improves tank gauging precision. Its design features 6” spaced indicator paddles to enhance visual depth perception from the deck, with mounting options for LFA-S sensors or HL/OF floats.
Fully compliant with 46 CFR and available in bolt-on or weld-on configurations, the TB-GT is a smart, rugged upgrade for tank barges needing better line-of-sight gauging. It’s another way Timco makes safety more intuitive—and visible—from the deck.
TSG-3937
Stick Gauge
Built for safe, reliable gauging, the TSG-3937 uses a magnetically coupled float system to move a tri-color gauge rod without exposing crew to cargo vapors. The result: clear, accurate tank readings without opening or venting the tank.
This gauge is built from anodized aluminum or stainless steel and comes labeled per customer specifications. High-temp and high-pressure options are available, and installation is compatible with Timco’s gauge trees or standpipe collars. It’s a smarter, safer way to stick your tank.
Timco Radar
The Timco-Radar is a non-contact, intrinsically safe FMCW radar level transmitter built to measure liquid levels through foam, agitation, pressure, or vapor. It delivers precise data to a backlit display and integrates with telemetry or local annunciators for immediate response.
Stuffing Boxes
Timco Stuffing Boxes are built for reliable vapor sealing and smooth valve operation under the harshest conditions. Featuring stainless steel construction, graphite-impregnated Teflon packing, and a visual indicator plate, they’re designed to contain vapors and extend the life of your reach rods and valve gear.
Valve Components
